Paediatrics is a medical discipline focused on individuals from birth to the end of adolescence. The care of pediatric patients is different to that of adults, as many drugs are processed differently in these two groups. Growth and development are also more important in pediatric patients than in adults. We offer out-patient and in-patient services.

Apart from providing OPD and IPD services, the hospital also houses a Special Newborn Care Unit. SNCU is a neonatal unit in the vicinity of the labour room which provides special care (all care except assisted ventilation and major surgery) for sick newborns. Any facility with more than 3,000 deliveries per year should have an SNCU (most ditrict hospitals and sub-district hospitals would fulfil this criteria) and shall render the following services:-
