The treatment consists of

Exercise Therapy

Active Exercises- Done by patients to strengthen weak muscles.
Home-based Exercises- Patients are taught exercises after a careful examination of their disease. These exercises are performed by them at home & then they’re called for follow-up.
Mobilization & Manipulation- These are performed by therapist on the patients to increase range of motion of various parts which have become stiff because of fracture or disease.
